What impact you can make: 

• As a Application Specialist you will be a part of our interdisciplinary skilled Technical Support Team.
• You will be working within the automotive industry in the financial sector.
• You will be engaged in application maintenance and change requests support based on ITIL.

Role and Responsibilities: 

The main aim of your team is to execute supporting activities and routines related to applications and software base, software deployment, backup management and monitoring.

Multi-level Incident and problem management for both software base and infrastructure services.

• To participate in mandatory technical trainings preparing for the role (first couple of months after start)
  
• Incident management related to software and/or hardware infrastructure
• Resolving of application related incidents - 2nd and 3rd level
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Release management including application and services patching. Databases updates, installation, etc.)

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Communicative German and English (min. B2)
• Knowledge of Java
• Knowledge of SAP (PI, BPE, ChaRM)
• Knowledge of Database solutions e.g. MS SQL/ PL-SQL/ Oracle
• Experience with CMS will be an advantage (e.g. OpenText)
• An understanding of integrated applications
• Reliability and precision at work
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
