You will:

• Support for customers and distributors in solving technical problems related to Rockwell Automation products (via telephone, chat, and email).
• Simulation and analysis of issues reported by users in the laboratory.
• Document technical solutions and best practices.
• Cooperation with technical teams and customer service.
• Continuous improvement in Rockwell Automation products and technologies.
• Participation in on-site projects.
• You will report to your Hiring Manager.

Our requirements:

• Graduates of Automation / Electronics / IT
• or ~1+ years of experience in automation control systems programming and implementation.
• Knowledge of Drives Technology.
• Knowledge of communication protocols.
• Knowledge in motion Technology.
• Use technical documentation under time pressure
• Very good written and spoken English and Polish (applications without Polish language skills are considered second).

Your additional advantages:

• A Cisco / Microsoft certificate will be an advantage.
