Zakres obowiązków
You will:
- Support for customers and distributors in solving technical problems related to Rockwell Automation products (via telephone, chat, and email).
- Simulation and analysis of issues reported by users in the laboratory.
- Document technical solutions and best practices.
- Cooperation with technical teams and customer service.
- Continuous improvement in Rockwell Automation products and technologies.
- Participation in on-site projects.
- You will report to your Hiring Manager.

Our requirements:
- Graduates of Automation / Electronics / IT
- or ~1+ years of experience in automation control systems programming and implementation.
- Knowledge of Drives Technology.
- Knowledge of communication protocols.
- Knowledge in motion Technology.
- Use technical documentation under time pressure
- Very good written and spoken English and Polish (applications without Polish language skills are considered second).
Your additional advantages:
- A Cisco / Microsoft certificate will be an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken Polish or other European language.
- Technical education or experience in a similar position.
- Customer service experience.
